a transfer of property from one owner to another. If
you are purchasing a property then the main purpose
of our work is to ensure that you acquire a property
that is suitable for your purposes and which will be
readily marketable and saleable when you wish to move
on. We carry out all necessary searches and enquiries
to ensure that you obtain all relevant information regarding
the property before you make a commitment to purchase.
All work at this firm is carried out in accordance with
best conveyancing practice as laid down by the Law Society
and the Council of Mortgage Lenders.
Our use of technology enables us to help to reduce
the delays that can occur in the conveyancing process.

use Indemnity Insurance. Depends on mortgage lenders
requirements.
